Ways you can send Reiki to loved ones during the holidays and other special occasions.

Updated: Oct 2

. Did you know you can infuse objects and gifts, even greeting cards with positive Reiki energy? Well you can if you’ve been attuned to Reiki I or higher. In this way you can share positive, healing energy with your friends and loved ones.

This technique works with any object, particularly well with objects that are natural to the earth but will also work with man-made objects as well to send Reiki.
  1. First the object must be cleansed. This removes any negative energy and can be done either by smudging the object with sage or cleansing with salt water.

  2. This next step is not absolutely necessary but I feel it gives the Reiki energy an extra boost and infuses it with clean energy. If possible, put the object in direct sunlight, moonlight (full moon best) or both for a couple of hours or more.

  3. Next and last, preform a normal Reiki session on the object as you would at any other time. Start with addressing your guides, then follow with Cho Ku Rei and add any symbols you would like to use if you are Reiki I or above. Harth for love and compassion, Zonar for healing, etc. Then instead of channeling healing energy or in addition too, just infuse the object with the energy you wish to send. This needn’t take long. Finish with Cho Ku Rei, thank your guides and you’re all done.

This is a wonderful way to send a little bit extra to your loved ones and friends and has a way of blessing you as well!

I’ll be wishing you all Reiki love and healing this holiday season!
